  • Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

VOtrend shall not be responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

4. Orders & Acceptance

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and product availability.

VOtrend reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order.
  • Limit quantities purchased.
  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse.
  • Request additional verification before processing an order.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy.

5. Pricing & Product Information

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, prices, and images are accurate.

However:

  • Minor variations in colour may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.
  • Handcrafted jewellery may have slight natural variations, making each piece unique.
  • Prices may change without prior notice.
  • In case of pricing or listing errors, VOtrend reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

6. Payments

We accept payments through secure payment gateways.

Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation (except Cash on Delivery orders).

VOtrend is not responsible for payment failures caused by banks, payment gateways, or internet connectivity issues.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for customer convenience only.

Actual delivery may vary due to:

  • Courier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

VOtrend is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.

8. Missed Delivery

Our courier partners generally attempt delivery up to three (3) times.

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • the customer is unavailable,
  • the delivery is refused,
  • incorrect address or contact details are provided,

the package may be returned to our warehouse.

Reshipping charges of ₹250 will apply.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders returned to us will only be re-dispatched after full online payment of the order value along with applicable shipping charges.

9. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Every product undergoes multiple quality checks before dispatch.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share your Order Number, clear photographs, and an unboxing video (recommended) via email at support@votrend.com.

Claims received after 48 hours may not be accepted.

After verification, VOtrend may, at its sole discretion:

  • Replace the product,
  • Offer Store Credit, or
  • Process a refund as per our Refund Policy.

10. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy available on our website.

Customers are requested to read the policy carefully before placing an order.

11. Intellectual Property

All content available on the VOtrend website, including but not limited to:

  • Logos
  • Product photographs
  • Graphics
  • Designs
  • Videos
  • Text
  • Icons
  • Website layout
  • Brand identity

is the exclusive property of VOtrend and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission from VOtrend.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

12. Limitation of Liability

VOtrend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Use or inability to use our website
  • Purchase or use of our products
  • Delays in delivery
  • Technical issues
  • Third-party service interruptions

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.

13. Force Majeure

VOtrend shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Floods
  • Fire
  • War
  • Pandemic
  • Government actions
  • Labour strikes
  • Internet outages
  • Transportation disruptions

14. User Conduct

VOtrend reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent or abusive activities.
