Return Policy

If you wish to return a product, please follow the steps below.

Step 1: Raise a Return Request

  • Inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Email us at admin@virajofashion.com with:
    • Order Number
    • Product Name
    • Reason for Return
    • Clear product photographs

Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 48 business hours.


Step 2: Ship the Product

Once your return request is approved:

  • Ship the product within 3 days of approval.
  • The return shipping charges will be borne by the customer (except for damaged or incorrect products shipped by VOtrend).
  • Products must be:
    • Unused
    • Unworn
    • In original condition
    • Returned with original packaging, tags, invoice, and accessories (if any).

Products returned without original packaging or found damaged, worn, altered, or used will not qualify for a refund or store credit.

We recommend using a reliable courier service and sharing the tracking details with us.


Step 3: Quality Inspection & Refund

After receiving your returned package:

  • We will acknowledge receipt within 24–48 hours.
  • The product will undergo a quality inspection.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed according to the Refund Policy below.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

Prepaid Orders

If cancelled before dispatch:

  • Refund to the original payment method, or
  • Store Credit (as per customer preference)

A 5% payment gateway processing charge will be deducted for refunds made to the original payment method.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD orders can be cancelled before shipment.

If a token amount has been collected, it will be processed according to the Refund Policy below.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.


Refund Policy

Refund Method

Eligible returns will be refunded in one of the following ways:

  • Store Credit (VOtrend Wallet/Coupon)
  • Original payment method (where applicable)

Store Credit:

  • Valid for 12 months
  • Can be used on future purchases
  • Non-transferable
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

Applicable Deductions

The following deductions may apply:

  • ₹250 towards forward and reverse logistics for prepaid orders that are refused or returned without any product defect.
  • ₹125 shipping deduction for orders where shipping charges were originally waived.
  • 5% payment gateway charges for prepaid cancellations refunded to the original payment source.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Eligibility

Products are eligible for return only if:

  • Return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Product reaches our warehouse within 5 days after return approval.
  • Product is unused and unworn.
  • Original packaging, invoice, and tags are intact.

Products Not Eligible for Return

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Used or worn jewellery
  • Damaged products caused after delivery
  • Products without original packaging
  • Customized or personalized jewellery
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons), unless damaged or incorrect
  • Products returned without prior approval
  • Returns requested after the allowed time period

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after successful quality inspection.

Refund timelines:

  • Store Credit: Within 3 business days
  • Original Payment Method: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider)

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product

Although every VOtrend product undergoes multiple quality checks before dispatch, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will resolve the issue promptly.

Step 1: Report Within 48 Hours

  • Order Number
  • Unboxing video (mandatory for transit damage claims)
  • Product photographs
  • Description of the issue

Step 2: Verification

Our support team will verify the issue within 48 business hours.

If approved:

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged (where service is available), or
  • You may be requested to courier the product to us.

For verified damaged or incorrect products, return shipping charges will be reimbursed or borne by VOtrend.


Step 3: Resolution

After successful inspection, we will provide one of the following:

  • Replacement product (subject to stock availability)
  • Store Credit equal to the product value
  • Refund to the original payment method (only where applicable)

Important Notes

  • Jewellery is a delicate fashion accessory. Minor colour variation due to photography or screen settings is not considered a defect.
  • Natural stones, handcrafted finishes, and artisanal variations are part of the product’s uniqueness and are not manufacturing defects.
  • VOtrend reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
  • Abuse of the return policy may result in refusal of future return requests.
