Shipping & Delivery Policy

At VOTREND, we are committed to delivering your favourite fashion jewellery safely and on time. We work with trusted courier partners to ensure your orders reach you in the best condition.


Shipping Across India

VOtrend delivers to most serviceable PIN codes across India through reputed logistics partners.

Every order is carefully packed and dispatched to ensure safe delivery.


Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are usually processed within 24 business hours after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing your shipment tracking details and Airway Bill (AWB) number.
  • In case of any unexpected delay in processing your order, our customer support team will notify you promptly.

Order Tracking

After dispatch, you can easily track your shipment using the tracking link shared via your registered email address or mobile number.

The tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.


Delivery Timeline (India)

Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 Business Days
  • Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 Business Days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Natural disasters
  • Courier operational delays
  • Government restrictions
  • High order volumes during festive seasons

OTP-Based Delivery

Most courier partners use OTP-based delivery verification for secure delivery.

To ensure successful delivery:

  • Please provide a valid 10-digit Indian mobile number while placing your order.
  • Keep your registered mobile phone accessible at the time of delivery.

Failure to provide or receive the OTP may result in delivery failure. If the shipment is returned to our warehouse due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges will apply for re-dispatch.


Shipping Charges (India)

Prepaid Orders

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • A ₹125 convenience/shipping charge is applicable on all Cash on Delivery orders.

Any promotional free shipping offers are subject to the terms mentioned during checkout.


Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally attempt delivery up to three (3) times.

If the package cannot be delivered because:

  • the customer is unavailable,
  • incorrect address or contact details are provided,
  • the OTP is not shared,
  • or the order is refused,

the shipment will be returned to our warehouse.

Re-shipping the order will require payment of applicable shipping charges.

For Cash on Delivery orders returned to us, re-dispatch will only be processed after full online payment of the order value along with applicable shipping charges.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details.

VOtrend shall not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incorrect PIN code
  • Incorrect mobile number
  • Incomplete delivery information

Any additional courier charges arising from incorrect delivery information will be borne by the customer.


Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeline, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

VOtrend shall not be held liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier partners
  • Weather conditions
  • Transport disruptions
  • Government regulations
  • Natural calamities
  • Other force majeure events

We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.


Damaged Package on Delivery

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with:

  • Record an unboxing video before opening the package.
  • Take clear photographs of the package and product.
  • Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at support@votrend.com.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or resolution.
