Return and Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Return

• Wrong product received
• Product was damaged or defective
• Incomplete order received
• Expired or faulty product

Note: Returns not accepted for personal preference once opened or used. Product must be unused and in original packaging.

2. Return Timeframe

• Report damage/wrong item: within 48 hours
• Other returns: within 7 days

3. How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@votrend.com with:

• Order number
• Photos/videos of product & packaging
• Brief description of the issue

4. Return Shipping

• Free pickup for approved returns
• Customer-initiated returns may require you to bear shipping

5. Refunds

Upon inspection and approval:

• Prepaid: Refunded to original method (7–10 business days)
• COD: Via bank transfer or store credit

6. Replacements

Free replacement for damaged/expired/wrong items. Subject to availability.

7. Not Eligible for Return

• Used or unsealed clothing
• Missing packaging/tags
• Free gifts or clearance items

8. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour if not shipped. Contact via email or phone.

9. Store Credit Option

Refunds as Virajo Wallet Credit:

• Available instantly
• No expiry
• Usable on future orders
