International: 7–15 business days (subject to customs clearance)

• Domestic: ₹79 for orders under ₹999, Free for orders ₹999+
• Express: Calculated at checkout
• International: Rates vary by location & weight (shown at checkout)
• Customs/import duties are customer’s responsibility

6. Delivery Attempt & Undelivered Orders

• 2 delivery attempts made
• Returns after failure – re-delivery arranged with possible charges

7. Packaging & Care

• Tamper-proof, premium packaging
• Ensures a safe and memorable unboxing experience

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

• Refuse visibly damaged packages; notify us with photos
• For marked-delivered but not received orders, inform within 48 hours

9. Address Errors

• Please verify your shipping address at checkout
• Re-delivery charges apply for incorrect/incomplete addresses

10. Order Changes & Cancellations

• Contact within 1 hour to cancel or modify an order
• No changes allowed after shipping
